1. Shipping Availability

We proudly offer worldwide shipping. No matter where you are, we’ll do our best to get your order to you.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 8–14 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and courier delays.

4. Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order are currently in production.

  • Please allow 3–4 weeks for production before shipping
  • Once shipped, standard delivery times (8–14 business days) will apply

5. Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control such as customs, shipping carriers, or high order volumes.

23Hats is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
